Qualification Details

1. Executive Trainee (Mechanical) Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 65% mark.
2. Executive Trainee (Electrical) Degree in Electrical Engineering with 65% mark.
3. Executive Trainee (Electronics) Degree in Electronics Engineering with 65% mark.
4. Executive Trainee (Naval Architecture) Degree in Naval Architecture with 65% mark.
5. Executive Trainee (Civil) Degree in Civil Engineering with 65% mark.
6. Executive Trainee (Information Technology) Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science with 65% mark. M Tech. in Computer Applications/ Information Technology / Computer Science with 65% mark.
7. Executive Trainee (Human Resource) Degree in Two years M. Tech. or it’s Equivalent or Diploma or PG with 65% mark. M. Tech. in Business Administration with specialization in HR Equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR. PG in Personal Management.
8. Executive Trainee (Finance) Degree in Pass in Chartered Accountant of India/Cost Accountant of India.

Upper Age Limit

• Candidates shall be below 27 years as on 06/01 /2025 (born after 07 /01/1998)

Age Relaxation

• OBC( Non- Creamy layer)- 03 Years.

Procedure of selection

• The selection process shall be in two phases
  

  Part-I objective type 60 mark

• General Awareness – 5 mark.
• English Language – 5 mark.
• Numerical Ability – 5 mark.
• Reasoning Ability – 5 mark.
• Engineering Subject – 40 mark.
  

  Part- II  Group Discussion, Writing Skill and Personal Interview 40 mark.

• Group Discussion- 10 mark.
• Writing Skill -10 mark.
• Personal Interview – 20 mark.
