Recently RRB ( Railway Recruitment Board ) has published a new Notification for the JE ( Junior Engineer), DMS ( Deport Material Supritendent ) and CMA ( Chemical  & Metallurgical Assistant) post. RRB has publish notification for these three post combined. RRB JE 2025 is huge recruitment from the Railway Board. Examination will be held in three stage as follows CBT, Document Verification and Medical Examination. Candidates are requested to read carefully Notification details and Apply online before the last date is Closer.

Payment Structure

• Basic for JE/DMS/CMA Shall be – 34,500/- and Other allowance are available.

Age limit

• Candidates age between (18- 33) years.
• Lower age limit as on 01.01.2026 not born after 01.01.2006.
• Upper age limit as on 01.01.2026 for categories UR/EWS- 02.01.1993, OBC ( NCL) – 02.01.1990 and for SC/ST -02.01.1988.

Age Relaxation 

• Candidates who are belonging categories SC/ST, OBC( NCL ), Ex- Servicemen, PwBD, Railway Service Candidates, widowed and Divorced  are applicable for age relaxation.
• For SC/ST – 5 Years.
• For OBC ( NCL) – 3 Years.
• PwBD ( UR/ EWS)- 10 yr.,OBC(NCL)- 13 Yr.,( SC/ST)- 15 Yr.
• Ex-servicemen(UR/EWS)- 3 yr., (OBC-NCL)- 6 yr., (SC/ST)- 8 yr.

RRB JE SYLLABUS 2025

For 1st stage CBT 100 marks in 90 minutes

1. Mathematics – 30 mark
2. General Intelligence and Reasoning – 25 mark
3. General Awareness – 15 mark
4. General Science – 30 mark

Total 100 questions each question carries one ( 01) mark.

RRB JE EXAM DATE

For your kind information RRB has not announced the examination date after closing date of submission of application for RRB should announced the examination date.

Examination Fees

• For all Candidates Examination fees 500/- an ammount of 400/- shall be refunded after appearing 1st Stage CBT.
• For SC/ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ PwBD/ Female/ Transgender/ Minorities or Economically Backward Class (EBC) 250/- shall be refunded after appearing 1st Stage CBT.
• The Examination fees shall be refunded only candidates who are appearing 1st Stage CBT.

Important Document Required for Apply online

1. Live  photo graph of the candidate at the time of filling up the application form. (Ensure that while capturing the photo dress  should be non-white it must be dark colour and Ensure that the camera is position at the eye level before capturing the photograph.
2. Signature must be on white papper with black ink pen ( the signature must be in running handwriting not in Block, Capital or Disjoint Letter).
3. SC/ST Certificate  Candidates who are belonging SC/ST Categories must upload SC/ST Certificate to avail free railway pass.

Specifications of uploaded documents

1. Signature:- Scan the signed paper using a minimum resolution of 100 DPI in JPG/JPEG Format only with 30 KB to 49 KB.
2. SC/ST Certificate must be legible, clear and easily readable. Documents must be in PDF format and file size not greater than 400 KB
